What is in Settings
On the Command Center, tap Settings. All MesoMetric settings are on this screen.
The cards, top to bottom

The Data card
Back up my data creates one file containing everything, including photos.
Data Export (No Image Files) creates a smaller file with your records but no photos.
Restore from backup loads your training back from one of those files.
A LAST BACKUP line shows the date of your last full backup.
What is not here
These settings are controlled outside MesoMetric.
Light and dark mode — MesoMetric follows your phone. There is no switch.
Notifications — controlled by your phone.
Sound and vibration — controlled by your phone.
MesoMetric has no account, sign-in, sync, or cloud settings. It has no language or region settings.
Changing app permissions
Camera, photos, notifications, and step tracking are controlled by your phone, not by MesoMetric.
