How to change units (lbs or kg)

Change the units

  1. On the Command Center, tap Settings.
  2. Find the Units box.
  3. Tap LBS for pounds, or KG for kilograms.

The change applies immediately, everywhere in MesoMetric.

Changing units does not alter saved data

Changing units never changes what you already saved.

MesoMetric stores weights in one unit and displays them in the unit you selected. Switching does not alter or round any saved value.

Units for one exercise

Each exercise on the workout screen has a small lbs or kg button. Tap it to change the units for that exercise only. Everything else is unchanged.

Show both units

Show converted weight sits under the units choice and starts OFF.

Turned ON, your body weight shows in both units, such as 220 lbs / 99.8 kg.

This appears in two places only:

  • the large weight at the top of the Weight screen
  • the weight on a check-in

It does not change workout weights, measurements, or exports.

Where else units apply

  • Body measurements switch between inches and centimeters.
  • Height switches between feet-and-inches and centimeters.
  • Exports use the units you selected.

Recovery temperatures are always in °F. This setting does not change them.
