What MesoMetric does not do
MesoMetric is a training diary. It records what you enter.
It does not count your steps all day
MesoMetric counts steps only while a cardio session is running.
It is not a pedometer. It does not count in the background all day. It does not read Apple Health or Google Fit.
The step number in MesoMetric will not match your phone's own daily step count. The two count different things.
It does not back itself up
MesoMetric never copies your training anywhere on its own. There is no cloud and no sync.
You make a backup yourself and choose where to keep it.
It does not have these settings
MesoMetric has:
- no light or dark mode switch — it follows your phone
- no account, sign-in, or sync settings
- no notification settings inside the app
- no language or region settings
- no sound or vibration switch
Your phone controls notifications, sound, and vibration for every app.
It is not medical advice
Body Log records what you feel. It is not a medical record.
The numbers on the Performance screen reflect the training you logged. They are not a recommendation about what to do next.
It does not score your training
MesoMetric records what you log. It does not score, rank, or rate a session.
