A button is greyed out or blocked
A disabled button has one of the causes below.
Reset App Data is greyed out
A workout is in progress.
Restore says to finish my workout
MesoMetric does not replace your data while a workout is running.
Finish or discard the workout first.
I can't delete an exercise
There are two causes.
It is built in. Built-in exercises cannot be deleted.
Something still uses it. MesoMetric lists the workouts, routines, and photos using it. Remove it from those first.
Save is off on a recovery entry
A recovery type must be selected first. Save stays greyed out until one is.
Minutes are optional. The type is required.
I can't save a meal, measurement, or Body Log entry
Each screen has a minimum requirement before it saves.
| Screen | Requirement |
|---|---|
| Meals | At least one food row |
| Body Measurements | At least one measurement, or a note |
| Body Log | A body area, description, severity, or note |
| Check-in | A photo, a weight, or notes |
| Cardio | At least one number. A note alone is not enough |
Each screen names the requirement when you tap Save.
Save All is off on a routine import
One day has no exercises under it.
In the preview, add an exercise to that day or remove the day.
My recovery from the Summary didn't save
Recovery saves whether you tap Done or use the back gesture.
Undo End / Continue Workout does not save recovery. It reopens the workout and discards the selections.
Select them again on the next Summary, or log recovery from the Command Center with Log Recovery as a standalone entry.
