What MesoMetric Is

MesoMetric is a training diary stored on your phone. It records what you enter.

MesoMetric records:

  • your workouts — the exercises you lift and how much you lift
  • your cardio — walking on a treadmill, riding a bike, or using a rowing machine
  • the meals you eat
  • your body weight
  • tape measurements, like your waist or your arms
  • progress photos
  • your recovery — a sauna, a cold plunge, or stretching

Everything stays on your phone

MesoMetric has no account, no sign-in, and no password.

It never sends your training to the internet, and it keeps no copy anywhere else.

Nothing leaves your phone unless you send it

Your phone's share screen opens when you send something.

There is one exception. Scanning a food barcode sends the barcode number to Open Food Facts, a free food list. Nothing about you or your training is sent with it.

Back up your data

Your data is stored only on your phone. A backup made beforehand is the only way to recover it if the phone is lost or replaced.

How to back up your MesoMetric data

One purchase, no subscription

MesoMetric is a one-time purchase from the App Store or Google Play. There is nothing else to buy:

  • no subscription
  • no monthly fee
  • no in-app purchases
  • no locked parts of the app

Refunds and re-downloads are handled by Apple and Google, not inside MesoMetric.

Light and dark mode

MesoMetric follows your phone's light or dark setting.

There is no separate setting in the app.
