The Active Workout screen
This screen is used while you train. Each part is described below.
At the top
To go back to the Command Center, tap ←.
Going back does not end or delete the workout. It keeps running.
The timer
DURATION: shows how long you have trained. The button next to it changes as you use it:
- Start — begin timing
- Pause — stop timing
- Resume — start timing again
Reset appears only while the timer is paused, and it sets the time back to zero.
Gym line
Under the timer is a line that reads + ADD_LOCATION. Tap it to record where you train.
This field is optional. A recorded gym enables the gym filter in History.
Exercise cards
Each exercise you add gets its own card. The card shows:
- the name of the exercise
- a small lbs or kg button
- stars, if you rated a photo of that machine
Tap lbs or kg to change the units for that exercise.
The buttons on each card:
| Button | What it does |
|---|---|
| Log Set | Saves a set |
| Photo | Takes a photo of the machine |
| + | Saves another set just like your last one |
| ⋯ | More actions: edit, move, add a note, or remove |
Some exercises use a different main button:
- Log Hold — for exercises you hold, like planks
- Log Activity — for cardio, like a treadmill or a bike
If you planned your sets
A routine is a workout plan you saved before.
A small table appears when you planned ahead, and when you started from a routine. It has three columns:
- # — the set number
- PLAN — what you meant to do
- ACTUAL — what you did
Rows not yet done show a Log button. Tap Log to save that set.
At the bottom
- + Add Exercise — adds another exercise
- Cardio — adds cardio to this workout
- End Workout — finishes your workout
