How to track body measurements

On the Command Center, tap Body Measurements.

This screen records tape measurements over time. Each entry is dated and saved on your phone.

Save a new entry

  1. Tap + Add entry.
  2. Check the Date. New entries start on today.
  3. Enter the measurements you took.
  4. Add Notes. This is optional.
  5. Tap Save.

Enter only the measurements you took. Blank boxes stay blank. They are not saved as zero.

At least one measurement or a note is required. Tapping Save with everything blank shows:

Add at least one measurement or a note before saving.

Tap or to change the day. Each tap moves one day.

Available measurements

  • Height
  • Bodyweight
  • Neck
  • Chest
  • Waist
  • Thigh
  • Upper Arm (Bicep)
  • Calf

Boxes use the units set in Settings.

Height differs by unit. In pounds and inches there are two boxes, ft and in. In kilograms and centimetres there is one cm box.

Switching units later does not change saved values. MesoMetric converts the display.

The summary card

The top card reads BODY MEASUREMENTS. It shows Last logged, then one row for each measurement recorded.

Below that, History lists past entries, newest first. Each card shows the date and up to three measurements. An entry with only a note shows Notes only.

Change or remove an entry

Tap an entry to change it. The boxes open filled in with your saved values.

Press and hold an entry to delete it. MesoMetric asks for confirmation first:

Remove this measurement?
This Body Measurements entry will be permanently removed.

Share your latest measurements

Tap Export latest to share your most recent entry as plain text.

This shares the latest entry only. It does not share your history. The full history is kept in your backup.
