How to create a check-in
A check-in is a dated record. It can hold progress photos, your weight, and notes.
On the Command Center, tap Check-in.
Create one
- Tap New Check-in.
- Add photos, your weight, notes, or any combination of the three.
- Tap Save.
At least one of the three is required. MesoMetric does not save an empty check-in.
Adding photos
A check-in holds up to seven photos.
- Tap Tap to add a photo, or the + tile.
- Tap Camera to take a new photo, or Photo Library to use an existing one.
- Allow the permission the first time your phone asks.
Press and hold a photo and confirm to remove it.
MesoMetric copies each photo into its own storage. Changing or deleting the original in your phone album does not affect the check-in.
Adding a weight
A weight entered here also appears on the Weight screen, labelled From check-in.
It is included in your weight change.
The check-in list
Check-ins are listed newest first. Each row shows a thumbnail, the date, and your weight.
Tap a row to open it. From there you can:
- tap a photo to see it full size
- tap Edit to change it
- tap Share Check-in to send it
- tap Delete to erase it
Deleting
Deleting a check-in removes it and its photos. MesoMetric asks for confirmation first.
Delete All removes every check-in. This cannot be undone. MesoMetric requires you to type DELETE first.
Photos and backups
Check-in photos are saved on your phone and included in your backup.
A backup is a spare copy of your data. It is the only way to recover your photos if the phone is lost or replaced.
