How to review and delete cardio sessions
Cardio appears in History alongside your workouts, newest first.
Find a cardio session
On the Command Center, tap History.
Cardio rows carry a tag:
| Tag | What it means |
|---|---|
| STEP-TRACKED CARDIO | MesoMetric counted the steps live |
| MANUAL CARDIO | The numbers were entered manually |
| CARDIO SESSION | A session logged on its own |
Cardio opens in place
Tapping a cardio row expands it in place. You stay on the History screen.
A workout row behaves differently and opens a new screen.
The panel shows only the values you logged: machine, date, duration, steps, distance, speed, incline, level, time of day, and notes.
Delete a session
Press and hold the row.
Cardio cannot be edited
There is no edit button on a saved cardio session.
A cardio session logged on its own cannot be changed after saving. To correct a value, delete the session and log it again.
Cardio logged inside a workout can be changed. Use Amend Workout on that workout.
A gym filter hides cardio
If cardio is missing from History, check the gym chips at the top.
Cardio sessions have no gym. Filtering to a particular gym hides all of them.
Tap All Gyms to show them again.
