How to read your Performance Ledger

On the Command Center, tap Performance.

This screen covers your last 12 weeks. It is read-only and makes no recommendations.

Every screen here carries this line:

Reflects your logged history — not a recommendation.

This week's volume

THIS WEEK · VOLUME is your working volume so far this week.

Underneath, a line reads VOLUME STABLE, a 3-WEEK CLIMB, or the change against last week.

The change is shown as an amount, not a percentage.

With nothing logged this week, the card reads:

No volume logged yet this week

Weekly volume

One bar for each of the last 12 weeks, oldest on the left, with this week highlighted.

Underneath is your highest week in that period.

The four summary tiles

TileWhat it shows
MAX LOADThe heaviest working set in those 12 weeks
WORKOUTSThe number of sessions in the last 12 weeks
AVG DURATIONYour average session length
SETS LOGGEDYour total, split into working and warm-up

Warm-up sets are counted separately and left out of your working volume.

Progression signals

Tap an exercise chip to open one lift.

ESTIMATED 1RM TREND plots your last eight sessions. Only sessions with enough data to estimate are joined. A break in the line indicates a gap, not a decrease.

PROGRESSION SIGNAL shows one word — Up, Down, Steady, or Not enough data yet — with the reason underneath.

RECENT TOP SETS lists your last five, newest first.

Movement telemetry

VIEW MOVEMENT TELEMETRY opens the full history for the selected lift, across your last 12 sessions.

The most recent session is at the top with its top set, estimated 1RM, working volume, and RPE. Earlier sessions follow. Tap one to open that workout.

This is the only route to that screen. Select a lift on Performance first.

What a dash means

A means MesoMetric has no value for that number.

Bodyweight work, holds, cardio, and warm-up-only sessions show dashes where a load would appear.

Before enough data exists

No completed workouts yet. Your Performance Ledger fills in as you train.
Log a few working sets to unlock progression signals.

Both appear until enough sets are logged.
