How to log a meal

On the Command Center, tap Meals.

Macros means protein, carbs, and fat.

Pick the day first

The bar at the top reads Today, Yesterday, or a date. Tap and to move between days.

Everything on the screen belongs to the day shown at the top.

Add a meal

  1. Tap + Add meal.
  2. Type a name in Label, such as Breakfast or Meal 1. This is optional.
  3. Tap Time and pick when you ate. This is optional.
  4. Add your food, as described below.
  5. Tap Save.

Adding food

Under Food / Macros, four buttons add a line:

On a line you fill in manually, enter:

  • the food name
  • a note about the serving
  • PRO (g) — protein
  • CARB (g) — carbs
  • FAT (g) — fat
  • KCAL — calories

The screen states:

Leave the name blank for a macro-only entry, or name it to log a food item. All rows add into the meal total below.

The name can be left empty. The numbers alone are accepted.

Meal total

Meal total updates as you add rows.

The totals for the whole day sit at the top and update when you tap Save.

Meal alerts

Alert me at meal time shows a notification when a meal is due. The meal must have a Time set.

Alerts work differently on Android and iPhone.

Changing or removing a meal

Tap a meal to open and change it.

Press and hold a meal to delete it. MesoMetric asks for confirmation first.
