How to log a meal
On the Command Center, tap Meals.
Macros means protein, carbs, and fat.
Pick the day first
The bar at the top reads Today, Yesterday, or a date. Tap ‹ and › to move between days.
Everything on the screen belongs to the day shown at the top.
Add a meal
- Tap + Add meal.
- Type a name in Label, such as
BreakfastorMeal 1. This is optional. - Tap Time and pick when you ate. This is optional.
- Add your food, as described below.
- Tap Save.
Adding food
Under Food / Macros, four buttons add a line:

| + Add Another Item | Adds an empty line |
| + Add from Foods | Adds a food you saved |
| Scan into Meal | Scans a barcode |
| Scan to Foods | Scans it, saves it, and adds it |
On a line you fill in manually, enter:
- the food name
- a note about the serving
- PRO (g) — protein
- CARB (g) — carbs
- FAT (g) — fat
- KCAL — calories
The screen states:
The name can be left empty. The numbers alone are accepted.
Meal total
Meal total updates as you add rows.
The totals for the whole day sit at the top and update when you tap Save.
Meal alerts
Alert me at meal time shows a notification when a meal is due. The meal must have a Time set.
Alerts work differently on Android and iPhone.
Changing or removing a meal
Tap a meal to open and change it.
Press and hold a meal to delete it. MesoMetric asks for confirmation first.
