How to create a Daily Export
A Daily Export is a plain-text record of one day: your check-ins, meals, workouts, and cardio.
The screen calls it the 24-hour source record — what happened.
Create a Daily Export
- On the Command Center, tap Daily Export.
- Pick a Range.
- Under Include, tap what to include.
- Tap Share.
Daily Export is also available from Check-ins → Export Today.
The ranges are Today, Yesterday, Last 7d, and Last 30d. A multi-day range is separated by date.
Share stays off until at least one category is selected.
Choose the categories
Tap any of Check-in, Workout, Meals, or Cardio.
All turns the four on and off together. It appears selected only when all four are on.
Choose individual items
Turning on a category shows a list beneath it.
Tap a row to include or exclude that item. Each row shows INCLUDED or TAP TO ADD. Select All and Clear All apply to the whole list.
Cardio has no list. Turning the chip on includes every cardio session in the range.
Photos start off
Photos sits under Privacy-sensitive and starts off.
Left off, the export is text only. No image files are included.
Turned on, MesoMetric packages the photos with the report as a .zip. With no photos, the export is text only.
Photos follow the selected categories. Check-in photos come with Check-in. Equipment photos come with Workout.
What the report contains
A single day is written in this order:
- Check-ins
- Meals, with your macro totals
- Workouts
- Independent cardio
Empty sections are left out.
Workouts with no sets logged are skipped.
This is not a backup
A read-only line shows the date of your last full backup.
A Daily Export is not a backup. It does not update that line and it cannot be restored.
If there is nothing to send
The range holds nothing, or the selected categories hold nothing. Widen the range or select more categories.
