Which export should I use?
"Export" means sending what you recorded out of the app, either to another person or to storage.
MesoMetric provides several exports.

Backup and restorable data files
Back up my data creates the complete backup. It contains the data record and the photo files.
Data Export (No Image Files) creates a restorable .json data record without photo files.
Coach Report, Daily Export, and Machine Export are for reading. They cannot be restored into MesoMetric.
Two exports can be pasted back in
Two exports produce text MesoMetric can read again:
- Export / Share Routine — a workout plan
- Export Workout — a completed workout, which imports as a plan
Both import the same way. On the Command Center, tap Routines, then tap Import.
Coach Report or Daily Export?
A Coach Report is a summary of a date range. It shows:
- which days you trained
- the change in your body weight
- the change in your main lifts
- a list of your sessions
A Daily Export is the full record of one day, or of a range of days.
