How to resume or discard a workout

Leaving MesoMetric during a workout does not close the workout. It stays open after you:

  • close the app
  • turn your phone off and on
  • return several days later

The Command Center shows Active workout in progress and the time you started.

Resume it

Tap that panel, or tap Resume →.

The workout opens with everything you saved. The clock continues from the time already recorded.

Discard it

"Discard" means delete the workout without saving it.

  1. On the Command Center, tap Discard Workout.
  2. Confirm on the message that appears.

This cannot be undone.

Discard this workout?
This unfinished workout will be removed from Home. Logged sets will not appear in History.

Everything saved in that workout is erased and cannot be recovered.

Resume or discard

Only a finished workout is recorded in History. To keep the workout, resume it and finish it.
